自動膠帶切割機

Q1. 正貨與平行輸入有什麼不同？
A1：在本公司購買的膠帶切割機有保障、有維修，正貨有保固；平行輸入的膠帶切割機則有保固及維修的疑慮。
Q2. 如何基本保養？
A2-1：長時間不用時，請將膠帶退出，避免溢膠。
A2-2：請關閉電源，並清除刀口周圍殘膠。
Q3. 使用時需要注意什麼？
A3：操作時，太短的膠帶請用夾子拿取，勿用手直接拿取。
Q4. 裁切功能不順怎麼處理？
A4：請退出膠帶，關閉電源，檢視機台後再重新過電並放入膠帶。
Q5. 我的膠帶適合哪一種機種？
A5：建議將膠帶寄給我們，由工程師測試後推薦適合的機種。
Q6. 台灣有生產自動膠帶切割機嗎？
A6：目前台灣沒有，大多以日本、韓國、大陸為主。
Q7. 刀片卡卡怎麼辦？
A7：使用防黏油，清理刀片膠污，可防止卡刀。

A1：關機狀態下，用 95% 酒精與柔軟無棉屑布，單方向擦拭印字頭。
Q2. 綠色滾輪髒了怎麼辦？
A2：關機狀態下，用 95% 酒精與柔軟無棉屑布擦拭即可，擦拭布不要與印字頭共用。
Q3. 壞了要如何送修？
A3：請將故障機台寄送至台北市大安區復興南路一段 219 巷 13 號 1 樓工程部收。
Q4. 如何挑選？
A4：依標籤紙尺寸、解析度、功能需求（單機作業、標籤剝離、回收、網路功能等）來選擇。

Q1. 如何基本保養？
A1：為精密機台，只需注意避免異物掉入即可。

A2：請檢查攪拌器。
Q3. 過熱怎麼處理？
A3：長時間使用可能過熱，建議休息一段時間，並依照說明書建議操作。
